In September of the year 2000, world leaders adopted the UN Millennium Declaration, and from that transpired into the Millennium Development Goals. Now fours years later, where are we? Joining us on this edition of Dialogue is Mr Kim Hak-Su, the United Nations under secretary-general and also the executive secretary of the United Nations ESCAP, which stands for Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific.
