Kong honed his artistic skills at the Zhejiang Fine Arts Institute. His landscape paintings offer a touch of grandeur to the Chinese tradition. He applies both eastern and western techniques to his works, creating a coherent whole. The subtle use of ink gives a nuanced interpretation of China's splendid scenery.

Kong has traveled across China capturing landscapes with his brushes. The artist says his passion for art comes from his ardent love for nature.

His landscape paintings offer a touch of grandeur to the Chinese tradition.

Artist Kong Zhongqi said, "As an artist, I hope my works will be recognized and appreciated by visitors. I hope they can join me in experiencing the beauty of Mother Nature."

Over the decades, Hong Zhongqi has picked up a number of trophies at international exhibitions and competitions. His works are sought after by art galleries both at home and abroad.
