Male, born in 1942, of Han nationality, a native of Liquan, Shaanxi Province.
Joined in Communist Party of China (CPC) in March 1963; started to work in 1958, joined the People's Liberation Army (PLA) in 1961;graduated from the PLA Military Academy; holds the military rank of general.
Worker of the No. 408 Factory of Xingping County, Shaanxi Province, in 1958-1961.
