In 1998, I started working as a reporter and editor for China Center Television. Television wasn't what I had originally planned for a career, but it has now become an integral part of my life. Working for the feature program Around China, I've been able to learn a lot. Producing so many stories about China and travelling to so many places in this huge and ancient country has been like trying to figure out a fascinating riddle. I hope I can communicate my fascinating with China to TV viewers and that they enjoy watching our program as much as enjoy doing stories for it.
Around China airs on CCTV-9, the international channel, so I feel like my job is important. Since China is developing into an increasingly international country, we can provide more information about it to the world. CCTV-9 is part of the bridge that connects China with the world.
