US Heroes in China’s Anti-Japanese War 


Some sixty years ago, Flying Tigers were a big name for the Chinese. Their squadron was composed of one hundred American volunteers. They are saluted here for assisting Chinese people in defeating the Japanese and for the huge sacrifice they made during the Second World War. One of the fighters P-40 was down and sinking to the Dianchi Lake in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province. But pretty soon, the wreckage of the plane was looked down of the water and mounted in the local museum. Today we are honored to have three of the veteran American pilots of the Flying Tigers to join our dialogue.
