The Ping An Medical Foster Home was established in Beijing in August 2003, co-founded by Eulalla Lee Andreasen and Teresa Woo. It provides surgical treatment and medical attention to Chinese orphans who were either born with various of handicaps or suffering from considerable health deficiencies. Earlier this month, the Ping An Foster Home invited doctors from the US to perform operations on Chinese orphans with disabilities. Today,Eulalla Lee Andreasen, co-founder of the Ping An Foster Home and Chairperson of the Beijing International Committee for Chinese Orphans and Doctor James Gamble, who actually performed the operations will share their feelings with us.
