Before, during and after the war launched by the United States against Saddam Hussein, people from around the world have been questioning the real motivations of the US government in imposing the war and yet having the regime changed in Iraq. People say oil instead of weapons of massive destruction is what the United States aims at. Obviously oil remains the top concern of the governments and consumers worldwide. In today’s program, Dr. Zha Daojiong, Director of Center for Int’l Energy Security of Renmin University in Beijing will examine issues ranging from the vulnerability of batching too much of our oil’s price from the mid-east to our domestic oil exploration as well as the problems we are facing in this area.
