E-education or E-learning was given a shortest arm during the dark period of SARS in China. Young students at primary and secondary levels are unable to go school and required to watch TV or study on the Internet, what we call “distance-learning”. What can be done to balance the costs and effect in the country, where most of students even don’t have an easy access to Internet, or cannot afford to cover costs?
