And Both Chinese and Japanese delegations are exchanging their official visit, delivering good massages of friendship. Despite the friendly offer and symbolic gesture, is there any real lasting friendship between the two countries? Given the pros and cons concerning the historical issues, particularly the Japanese refusal to fully and sincerely apologize for its war crime during the Second World War.
