Chinese President Hu Jintao's upcoming visit to Moscow will boost neighbourly and strategic relations.
According to a spokesman from Russia's state news agency Itar-Tass, the country is satisfied with the sound development of bilateral ties in recent years. The bilateral trade volume has seen steady growth, last year reaching some 12 billion US dollars.
The Chinese president will have an in-depth exchange of views concerning bilateral ties, and major regional and international issues with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on May 26 in Moscow.
