| Suspected SARS patient dies in S. Africa |

A 62－year－old South African businessman, who was diagnosed with a probable case of SARS after returning from Hong Kong, died on Tuesday. A statement by South Africa's Department of Health said the man died of cardiac complications unrelated to SARS.
According to the WHO, he was the only suspected SARS patient in the African continent.
