The Shanghai Municipal People's Government is to offer a transparent system for its citizens regarding the deadly SARS epidemic, offering advice on prevention.
From special hot－lines and websites to free public lectures, people in Shanghai are to be offered several channels to learn about the disease.
In addition, medical workers have been doing volunteering work in communities to provide medicines and consultations.
