| Railway passengers increase |

The Railway Ministry says that passengers in major railway stations across China have increased with the decline of SARS. Train services which had been cancelled during the epidemic are also returning to normal.
Railway officials say trains to major cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou have witnessed the biggest increase in passengers.
On Thursday, there were 2 million rail passengers, more than double the number in mid May. But the railway authorities called for continued vigilance against SARS and asked passengers to fill in health declaration forms before starting their journey.
