| WHO expert to cast anti－SARS eye over Macao |

A second expert from the World Health Organization has arrived in Macao to assess the extent of the SARS virus in the Special Administrative Region. Dr. Cathryn Murphy will spend some of her five days in Macao evaluating prevention measures taken to fight the deadly disease.
Murphy will also inspect facilities such as isolation wards, clinics and isolation camps, as well as check the operations of medical stations at the entry－exit port. She will visit public health examination institutes and sanitation centers.
Murphy came to Macao after wrapping up a similar mission in Singapore. She will join other experts from the WHO in Beijing on Tuesday.
