The seventh plenary meeting of the on－going 10th NPC First Session opened in Beijing Monday afternoon to finalize the line－up of China's new State Council, or the cabinet, nominated by the new premier, Wen Jiabao.
Huang Ju, Wu Yi, Zeng Peiyan and Hui Liangyu were nominated as vice－premiers of China's State Council by Premier Wen Jiabao in a signed letter to the on－going meeting.
