| Hong Kong: No new SARS infections or deaths |

There were no new confirmed SARS cases and no new deaths reported in Hong Kong on Saturday. This is the sixth time that Hong Kong has reported no new cases or deaths on the same day.
It is also the 10th consecutive day of zero new infections in Hong Kong, and the 37th day in a row on which the number of cases has fallen below five.
The cumulative total number of deaths relating to SARS remains at 296. Five patients were discharged on Saturday, bringing the total number of patients who recovered and have been discharged from hospital to 1,408.
