| Chinese Health Ministry reports no new SARS case |

There was no new severe acute respiratory syndrome （SARS） case and two new deaths from the disease between 10:00 a.m. June 1 and 10:00 a.m. June 2 on the Chinese mainland, the Ministry of Health reported Monday.
The cumulative SARS cases rose to 5,328, while the number of SARS patients discharged from hospitals and the death toll reached 3,495 and 334 respectively, the ministry said in a daily report.
Beijing reported no new SARS cases and no new death from the disease from 10:00 a.m. June 1 to 10:00 a.m. June 2, the Ministry of Health said.
