Thailand prepares for APEC leaders´ meeting

Just days ahead of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting, security measures have been tightened across Bangkok. An Australian warship, decked out with air defense weaponry and sophisticated surveillance equipment, docked as Thai organizers moved into high gear for last minute preparations for the meeting. Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra is determined to host a trouble-free meeting.
