III. Enshi Yulu Green Tea
恩施玉露是湖北歷史名茶之一,是一款蒸青針形綠茶,源自其核心産區恩施芭蕉侗族鄉。採用從唐朝流傳下來的蒸青工藝,完美的保留了茶葉中的葉綠素、氨基酸和維生素等營養物質,使其獨具“三綠一鮮”——色澤翠綠、湯色嫩綠、葉底青綠、滋味鮮爽的優異品質。外形條索緊結挺直,色澤蒼翠綠潤,湯色嫩綠明亮,如玉似露,香氣清高鮮爽,滋味鮮爽回甘。
Enshi Yulu Green Tea is one of the famous historical teas in Hubei Province, and it is a needle-shaped green tea made through steaming fixation and grown in Bajiao Dong Ethnic Township of Enshi. The steaming fixation technique passed down from the Tang Dynasty retains the nutrients of tea leaves such as chlorophyll, amino acids and vitamins, giving the tea a unique quality of green dry and wet tea leaves and tea soup and a fresh taste. The tea leaves are compact and straight in appearance and verdant and glossy in color and the tea soup is brightly green, offering fresh fragrance and a sweet lingering taste.
