英山雲霧茶産于大別山南麓的湖北省英山縣。英山産茶歷史悠久,源於唐代貢茶“團黃”。其外形條索細秀捲曲,白毫顯露，色澤翠綠油潤,內質香高持久，滋味鮮濃爽口,湯色嫩綠明亮,葉底細嫩明亮。
Yingshan Cloud and Mist Tea is produced in Yingshan County, Hubei Province at the southern foot of the Dabie Mountains. Yingshan has a long history of tea production, originally producing tribute tea “Tuanhuang” in the Tang Dynasty (618-907). The try leaves are thin and curly in appearance covered with white hairs and green and glossy in color, with lasting fragrance and fresh and mellow taste. Its tea soup is light green and bright, and the wet leaves are tender and bright.
