I. Chibi Green Brick Tea

赤壁青磚茶，起源於公元1006年(宋景德年間)，明清時期達到鼎盛，曾經風靡歐亞萬里茶道,是國家地理標誌保護産品，入選第二批“中歐地理標誌保護名錄”,曾作為國禮贈與友邦俄羅斯、蒙古等國。赤壁趙李橋磚茶製作技藝、長盛川青磚茶製作技藝列入聯合國教科文組織人類非物質文化遺産代表作名錄。赤壁青磚茶屬於後發酵黑茶,富含多種有益於人體的健康物質。
Chibi Green Brick Tea originated in 1006 (Jingde Period of the Song Dynasty) and reached its peak in the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368-1912). Once popular along the China-Russia Ten-thousand-mile Tea Road, it is a national geographical indication protection product and also selected into the second batch of “China-EU Geographical Indication Protection List”. The tea was presented to neighboring countries such as Russia and Mongolia as a national gift. The making techniques of Zhaoliqiao Brick Tea and Changshengchuan Brick Tea of Chibi City were inscribed onto the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Furthermore, Chibi Green Brick Tea is a post-fermented dark tea, rich in substances beneficial to health.
