Official Name: The United Mexican States.
國 旗：從左至右由綠、白、紅三個垂直長方形組成，中央繪有墨西哥國徽。綠色象徵獨立和希望，白色象徵和平與宗教信仰，紅色象徵國家的統一。
National Flag: The national flag (proportions 7 by 4) has three equal vertical stripes from hoist to fly, of green, white and red, with the state emblem (abrown eagle, holding a snake in its beak, on a green cactus, with a wreath of oak and laurel beneath) in the centre of the white strip.
國 徽：圖案為一隻嘴裏叼著蛇的雄鷹佇立在一棵從湖中岩石長出的仙人掌上。據傳，阿茲臺克人在神的啟示下找到這個地方定居，並逐漸發展為墨西哥城。下方為象徵力量、忠誠及和平的橡樹和月桂樹枝葉。

憲 法：１８２４年頒布獨立後第一部憲法。現行憲法是墨西哥的第三部憲法，１９１７年頒布以來雖經多次修改但一直沿用至今。憲法規定了立法、行政和司法三權分立的政治體制，其中行政部門的權力大於其他部門。憲法中一些條款還反映了墨西哥社會變革的結果，其中包括限制教會權力、石油工業國有制以及廣泛的民事權利。憲法還規定施行義務免費教育制，其責任由聯邦、州和市政府分擔。
Constitution: The present Constitution, Mexico's third, was proclaimed in 1917 and has remained in force since then, although it has been amended several times. Within the central government, powers are divided among the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, with executive powers exceeding those of the other branches. The Constitution also contains a number of social and economic provisions reflecting the outcome of the Mexican social revolution- including limits on the power of the church and national ownership of the petroleum industry- as well as extensive civil rights. The Constitution also mandates free education, which is the shared responsibility of the federal, state, and municipal governments.

Location: Mexico is located in southern North America, bordered on the north by the United States and on the south by Guatemala and Belize. The Pacific Ocean lies to the west, and the Gulf of Mexico to the east and north.
