出口第一縣的升級和調整

    一場金融危機讓對外貿易在國內生産總值的比重超過40%以上的中國很是尷尬。外部消費市場的萎縮直接影響了外貿産業鏈中眾多企業的利潤。江蘇昆山是一個典型的出口型城市，它是中國出口第一大縣，昆山如何抵禦金融危機？在一片疑慮的聲音中，昆山市委書記張國華走進了《對話》現場。

    “有一些企業，雖然企業不大，但是它恰恰是我們産業鏈裏面重要的環節，比如説一個筆記本電腦哪怕缺一顆螺絲釘，這個筆記本電腦都裝不起來。所以當時我們説龍頭企業、配套企業、供應鏈、銀行、政府信用，我説我們抱團取暖，形成一個共同、協調配合的這樣一個支撐體系，來共度難關。”
