(BEIJING, May 28) -- In an effort to ensure security during the upcoming Olympic Games, post offices in Tianjin will, from June 1 to October 31, suspend the receiving and mailing of liquids, chemicals, powders, electronic devices, cream-like substances, unidentified metals and sealed containers with unlabeled gas and liquid.
From July 20 to September 20, complete security checks will be done on all packages mailed to Olympic cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Qinhuangdao, Shanghai and Qingdao.
Certificates and special labels will be used to validate the contents of suspicious packages If owners use Express Mail Service (EMS), files and other articles must be sealed individually.
