For the past 40 years, this snow-packed resort town has hosted a networking event for the world's most powerful brokers.
The founder of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, says leaders here must address growing unemployment and its impact on society.
Klaus Schwab, WEF Founder and Organizer, said, "What we want to achieve here is that business leaders but also political leaders are aware of this problem and of course foster in some way greater social solidarity."
