Tens of thousands of people have fled from their homes in the county's tribal region of South Waziristan as fighting between the army and Taliban militants, continues.
The Pakistani government, has said those displaced, will receive government aid.
The Chief of the Pakistani Government's Special Support Group, said many displaced people from the tribal Dera Ismail Khan region were reluctant to live in temporary camps.
Many of them have found shelter with relatives elsewhere in the region. But, he said the government has still prepared a camp for those displaced.
According to the UN, as many as 155-thousand civilians have fled South Waziristan in recent months. They left with little food and relief supplies and many lost all their possessions.
Authorities say up to 200-thousand more people may flee in the coming weeks.
