High-stake talks on Iran's nuclear program resume Wednesday. The UN nuclear watchdog chief says some headway has been made in bilateral consultations involving Iran, France, Russia and the US.

The multilateral talks, which began on Monday, faltered after Iran said it would not agree to curb uranium enrichment and warned France could not be part of a deal.

But the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Mohamed ElBaradei, says a deal is still in reach to help allay concerns about Tehran's nuclear program.

Mohamed ElBaradei, IAEA Director General, said, "It's a complex process, as you understand. There's a technical aspect, many technical issues that we have to hammer out. There is of course a question of confidence building, guarantees and I believe that we are making progress. It is maybe slower than we expected but we are moving forward."
