The US wants to continue talks with the DPRK, only through the six-party framework.

State Department spokesman, Philip Crowley, says there's plenty of room for bilateral dialogue in those talks.

Crow-ley's remarks, came one day after New Mexico Governor, Bill Richardson, hosted two DPRK UN diplomats, in his mansion, for an informal meeting.

The meeting was described as a hopeful sign, for improving relations between Washington and Pyongyang.
