More miners rescued from flooded Wangjialing mine

Nine workers have been pulled to safety from the flooded Wangjialing mine in north China's Shanxi Province.

They are now in hospital receiving emergency medical treatment and all are in a stable condition. At the same time, rescuers are continuing their search underground.

It's being seen as a miracle, 179 hours after the Wangjialing mine accident.

The first survivor was brought to the surface at 40 minutes past midnight on Monday Beijing time.
