Russia, U.S. possible to ink new START deal in March or April

MOSCOW, Feb. 3 (Xinhua) -- It is possible for Russia and the United States to clinch a successor deal to the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START-1) in March or April, said Russian presidential aide Sergei Prikhodko on Wednesday.

"March or April is a realistic date," Prikhodko told reporters.
