S. Korea, DPRK to hold working-level talks on joint industrial park on Feb. 1

SEOUL, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- South Korea and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Thursday agreed to hold working-level talks over the Kaesong Joint Industrial Park on Feb. 1, the unification ministry said in a briefing.
