ISLAMABAD, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- Eight hostages were freed by attackers of Pakistan army headquarters, local TV channel reported Saturday.
Army spokesman Athar Abbas said earlier that maybe four to five militants are holding up to 15 security men and civilians inside a building near the army headquarters in the garrison city of Rawalpindi and the security forces are trying for their safe release.
