S Korea, DPRK normalize military hotline: Yonhap

SEOUL, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- South Korea and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has normalized military hotline in western district after months of suspension, Yonhap news agency reported Wednesday.
