S Korean gov't calls DPRK-Hyundai agreement "positive"

SEOUL, Aug. 17 (Xinhua) -- The South Korean government said Monday it gives a 'positive' evaluation on the agreement between the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and Hyundai to resume their inter-Korean tourism projects and facilitate operation of the joint industrial park at Kaesong.
