The taxi driver, hostel receptionist, police officer, waiter and olympic volunteers told us their experiences in studying English, and also introduced to us how people in their fields are preparing for the 2008 Olympics. The studio audience followed along with our group by describing their own experiences with local Beijing people, and also had the opportunity to taste some unique Beijing snacks.
