In the third installment of our special series on Hong Kong, Up-Close brings our audiences into the area of sports. Timothy Fok Tsun-ting, President of the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, has been a key individual in the development of sports in Hong Kong, and was invited to the Up-Close studio to share his stories.

In 2001, Beijing burst into revelry and celebration after winning the right to host the 29th Olympic Games. Four years later, Hong Kong was granted the right to host the Beijing Olympic equestrian events.
