The Mayor of Beijing and the Mayor of London Walk to the Podium

Synopsis: The 20-meter round platform is lowered to the lawn. Guo Jinlong, the Mayor of Beijing, Boris Johnson, the Mayor of London, and an IPC flag holder go through the flower path to the round platform at the center.

IPC Flag Handover Ceremony

Synopsis: The Mayor of Beijing and the Mayor of London hold the IPC flag handover ceremony on the round podium at the center.

The Mayor of Beijing gives the IPC flag to the President of IPC, and the President of IPC gives the IPC flag to the Mayor of London.
