BEIJING, Aug. 17 (Xinhua) -- Primoz Kozmus from Slovenia claimed the men's hammer throw title at the Beijing Olympics on Sunday with a result of 82.02 meters.

Vadim Devyatovskiy from Belarus took the silver with 81.61 meters and his compatriot Ivan Tsikhan got the bronze with 81.51 meters.
