The Women's Fencing Individual Foil gold medal match was held at the Fencing Hall of the National Convention Center in Beijing, China, on August 11, 2008. Italian Maria Valentina Vezzali won the gold medal, while Nam Hyun-hee of the Republic of Korea won silver.
