Lee Won-Jae from "City of Seoul Team" has raced to victory in the 4th stage of Tour of Hong Kong-Shanghai. Jelly Belly Team's James Meadly still retains the yellow jersey, while Hong Kong's Lam Kai-tsun is only 2 seconds adrift of the leader.

The stage features three laps of a 44-kilometer city circuit race in Fuyang, Zhejiang province. The humid and hot weather took a lot of energy out of the riders.

Five cyclists, including Hong Kong's Lam Kai-tsun, collided at the 10-kilometer mark. Another Hong Kong contender, Wong Kam-po suffered tyer burst 20 kilometers to the finish line.

Then several sprinters broke away from the peloton several kilometers away, including South Korean Lee Won-Jae and Australian James Meadly. Lee won the stage but Meadly is still the yellow jersey holder.
