Hello, I am Tian Wei. You are watching "Dialogue" live on CCTV Internationl. The riot in Urumqi killed 156 people and injured more than one thousand, is regarded as one of the most devastating and brutal riot in Xinjiang's recent history.

It involved assaults, vandalism, looting an arson. People from both inside Xinjiang and around China are asking to punish those rioters, paticularly key rioter. With me to discuss the latest situation in Xinjiang and the exercise of the rule of law there.
