Hello, I am Yang Rui reporting live. In what appears to be a fence-mending tour of Russia, President Barrack Obama met with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev to cast aside mistrust of the Bush era. The issue of nuclear disarmament took the center stage although in his third speech on US diplomacy, Mr. Obama criticized the zero sum game in an age of globalization. In return, Russia permits US troops to be flown over the Russian territory into Afghanistan to combat terrorism. Today we are joined here by Mr. Victor Gao Zhikai and Mr. Brandon Blackburn-Dwyer.
