Hello, welcome to Dialogue on CCTV International coming to you live from Beijing. I am your host Tian Wei. China made public recently that among the country's 130 million migrant workers, 20 million have lost their jobs since the financial crisis hit China. That creates a huge challenge for the country, not only the economic impact, but also possible political and social consequences.

As a result, the Chinese government has become pro-active in creating jobs and finding solutions to unemployment of migrant workers. But how much will these polices help to ease the challenge? How will China list its priority, maintaining GDP growth or protecting the rights of labor including those migrant workers at this difficult economic time?
