China's new premier, Wen Jiabao, and four vice-premiers are meeting the press in Beijing Tuesday, shortly after the closing meeting of the First Session of the 10th National People's Congress (NPC). They were invited to the press conference by the 10th NPC First Session spokesman, Jiang Enzhu.
