In Tongliang in southwest China's Chongqing municipality, more than a hundred folk dancers are training seven hours a day. They've been doing it for over a month. The troupe will give a three minute performance at the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic Games.

At the request of the director of the ceremony, the folk artists have worked months perfecting their music, choreography, and costumes. The group looks forward to presenting the charm of its centuries-old tradition and capturing the spirit of athleticism of the Olympic Games.
