關於CCTV4/9系統參數調整的通知

　　11月17日19:00（GMT），中央電視臺將對 CCTV-4/9節目的PSI/SI參數進行調整，請轉播這些節目的衛星和有線網絡運營商以及接收這些節目的個體用戶屆時做相應調整。轉播節目的數字壓縮前端的再復用系統（REMUX）請按下表參數重新設置，個體用戶使用的衛星接收機需要關機重起或重新搜索節目。

　　CCTV will change the PSI/SI parameters of CCTV-4/9 channels since 19:00(GMT) of November 17, 2003, all the DTH and cable operators delivering these channels and individual subscribers of these channels are advised to make change correspondingly. The Remux at the digital compression head-end delivering these channels should be reconfigured as per the parameter change in the following table. Individual subscribers should reset their satellite receivers or re-search the programs.
