Time to choose.

The Afghan presidential election campaigning officially ended on Monday.

On Thursday, some 17 million voters will cast ballots to decide the future of the country.

Abdul Rahman Azizi, Kabul Resident, said, "We are fully prepared, 100 percent. We are not afraid of anything. We will vote for our favorite candidate."

Polls have shown that incumbent president Hamid Karzai will likely secure about 45 percent of the vote.
