Chinese President Hu Jintao has arrived in Moscow for a state visit. Earlier, leaders of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, or SCO, concluded their annual summit in Yekaterinburg, in central Russia.

They called for constructive dialogues and agreed to enhance cooperation to tackle regional and international issues.

Leaders of SCO member countries signed a series of documents on Tuesday. They include the Yekaterinburg Declaration, a joint communique, and documents on anti-terrorism, financial cooperation and Afghanistan.

The leaders called for the establishment of a more just and rational system of inter-governmental relations, and set the priorities for future cooperation.
