The Ministry of Health has reported the fourth A/H1N1 case on the Chinese mainland. The 59-year-old man, a Guangzhou resident, recently returned from the US and Canada.

The man, surnamed Yang, arrived in Hong Kong on May the 13th, and then took a train to Guangzhou two days later. A total of 75 out of the 93 people exposed to Yang on the train have been quarantined.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health also says an Italian tourist suspected of having the A/H1N1 flu is at a hospital in the Tibet Autonomous Region.

The ministry says the 42-year-old woman is in stable condition. Twenty-three foreign tourists travelling with her are also under observation at a local hotel.
