Special Report: Beijing 2008 Paralympic GamesRoman Pavlyk of Ukraine won the gold in the men's 100-meter T-36. The 25-year-old's time of 12.25 seconds set a new Paralympic record. The silver went to 20-year-old Briton, Ben Rushgrove, while So Wa-wai of Hong Kong took the bronze.
